Lawless our maverick brew follows the 500- year-old Bavarian brewing law to achieve traditional purity using only four ingredients. We then added a blend of Pilgrim, El Dorado and Styrian Goldings hops. With Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, Caragold, lager yeast and our own mineral rich local water. Coolly lagered for 40 days - oh, and we slipped in a dash of hops, whilst no one was looking - for a sharp, citrusy kick.

Our medium cider is a blend of traditional cider apple varieties grown in the orchard on Woodredding Farm. The inclusion of our Yarlington Mill apples in the blend makes it rich in tannin which looks good in the glass and leaves a bold and satisfying aftertaste. The apples are gathered by hand and only the best fruit is pressed. This is an undiluted full juice cider fermented with the wild yeast that lives in our orchard and allowed to mature naturally.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
