A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
Our own Yorkshire version of the classic ESB style. A valiant and robust malt bill paired against an all-British hop line-up presents orange citrus, with deep caramel notes. A well-rounded, bold and assured bitter.
This exclusive beer has been brewed based on the Plum Porter Grand Reserve recipe and is just as sweet and fruity, however more complexity is found from its strength and lingering taste from the Port added into the brew. Still famously deep red in colour with rich plum notes deftly masking the true depth of this porter with Port!
Fresh citrus and green hop notes deliver a beautiful balance to the tropical zest and biscuity richness of this Maris Otter led pale ale. Rounded, fresh and skilfully crafted. At 2.5% it is the ultimate in session-strength.
Brewed using the finest British Hops and fresh mineral water from the Eagle Brewery well. A fruity aroma and rich malty taste provides a crisp, mouth-watering beer. Tangy Fuggles hops and sultana fruit flavour finish off the palate.
A rich, smooth and wonderfully balanced beer, its distinctive malty base is complemented by a well-developed hop character, from adding Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties to the brew.
A full-flavoured golden ale with a big voice. The elegant straw coloured bitter has a hint of sweetness which is complemented by subtle hop flavours leading to a dry finish. The nose of crisp fruit is apparent with a refreshing balance of taste, a bitter which is supremely consistent and full of flavour.
Made with Harry Masters Jersey, along with 10% Ellis Bitter, 3% Bulmers Norman and 2% Dessert aApples. A cider of recognisable character, typical west country tannins, with very low acidity. The result is a cider that's relatively easy to drink but with definite bitterness as a component. Defined by the light, juicy natural yellow acidity and fruitiness of Harry Masters, but with a layered and complex finish from the three different bittersweet apples.
