A traditional Belgian style Dubbel brewed with Belgian yeast, crystal and special B malts. Large amounts of plum was added during fermentation to give this beer a fruity kick.
A complex base of Pils, Crystal, Brown, Chocolate and Black malts lends a smooth and rich character to the beer, which was hopped with Magnum, Columbus, Chinook and Savanjski Goldings. The result is a rich, strong, smooth and hoppy Baltic Porter. Lush and delicious!
Our signature Premium British Lager is influenced by the Bavarian Helles style, but just like all Utopian Beers, it has been brewed solely with the finest, British grown malted barley and hops. A slow, low temperature fermentation followed by a long cold conditioning, gives this lager a crisp, clean finish whilst allowing all the wonderful flavours from the malt and hops to fully develop and shine. Light golden in colour, with depth of flavour and impeccable balance, this is lager at its finest.
We've taken our sour beer base and added rice to the mash. To compliment this base beer, we fruited with 3 famous Arctic fruits (strawberry, rhubarb and redcurrant) and added a healthy addition of vanilla. Collaboration with Baadin, Norway. Vegan friendly.
NEIPA brewed with Cryo El Dorado, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Citra and BRU-1 hops.
Yorkshire rhubarb and Saxby's Cider - a match made in sparkling cider heaven! A light cider with a balance of sweetness and acidity with a full rhubarb finish.
Saxby's Original Cider uses a blend of bittersweet and dessert apples for a perfect balance of tannins and acidity. A well-balanced, crisp medium cider with a fresh zingy start and a wonderful appley finish.
