Like the Queen wearing dirty sneakers, it's traditionally British with a rock star twist of American hops, giving citrus and tropical fruit, a round body and a drink-me-faster bitterness.

Still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. It is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones, which has widespread appeal to repertoire drinkers.

A amber ale using Cornish malting barley, complemented by Amber and Caramalt to create a rich, nutty sweetness and a full, warming palate. Brewed to mark our 175 year anniversary, 1851 is named after the year Walter Hicks founded the brewery.

A single hopped Citra pale ale. It explodes with a fantastic tropical fruit aroma, giving way to guava and ripe citrus which burst through on the palate with a beautiful bitter and sweet balance.
