Every brewery has its first beer. Ours was SB Bitter, named after Samuel Bull, the man whose silk mill on Varey Road became our very first home. Copper in colour, with a satisfying biscuit malt backbone, delicate floral hops and a finish that doesn't overstay its welcome. It started everything.
