This super juicy session NEIPA packs a punch with tonnes of Galaxy and Sabro added during ferment and beyond. Hop flavours of stone fruit, tropical fruit and notes of coconut are present and reinforced by the extra tropical yeast strain used to ferment the beer.
We use the finest quality Maris Otter malt and balance the sweetness with some bite from the best quality whole hops. With a hint of caramel and aroma of hedgerow fruits this is our classic golden ale to quench the thirst throughout the year.

Our blonde ale is a smooth, balanced, bear hug of a session beer. The bready, lightly caramel malt complements the premium variety of whole hops used, and with a light body, makes this a satisfying, authentic and moreish blonde, with hints of tropical fruit balanced with earthiness.
This single-hopped Mosaic pale ale is designed specifically for cask. We used a classic malt bill of mostly Best Ale Malt with a good portion of Extra Pale malt. We then whirlpooled 5kg Mosaic for a subtle bitterness and a fruity aroma. Finally, we dry-hopped with 10kg Mosaic BBC. All be it quite restrained hopping for us, this beer punches well above its weight.
