Session IPA with an enticing aroma blending citrus and tropical notes with a clean, dry finish and characteristic grapefruit high notes. The only UK IPA brewed with a combination of home-grown Surrey hops and the very best West Coast US hops. Cascade and Farnham White Bine hops from our own hop garden are complemented with US Mosaic and Centennial hops added late in the brew to make the perfect tropical marriage.

For the end of the year we had to bring back something special! An old school West Coast IPA packed full of our favourite C hops, Cascade, Columbus, Chinook and dry hopped with Citra. Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. A rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
