Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. A rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.
An IPA made with a mash up of Maris Otter malt and wheat malt, single hopped with US Cascade. Brewed for South Devon CAMRA Sunshine Beer & Cider Festival 20-22 July 2023.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

A very clean flaxen coloured beer with wonderful thirst quenching properties. The subtle blend of aroma and bittering hops gives a crispness on the tongue which is delicately fruity, giving way to some dryness. Gluten free.
