A naturally hazy and super juicy pale ale hopped extensively with Mosaic and Ekuanot hops. These offer bright fleshy citrus notes alongside dank and resinous pine flavours and light notes of citrus peel, all over the top of a moderate bitterness on the finish. Vegan friendly.

We bring you our rendition of a classic German wheat beer, with balanced notes of ripe banana and clove derived from a classic German yeast strain. Delicate hopping with Hallertau Mittlefruh and Saphir hops, combined with a subtle sweetness and light body make this a refreshing delight, perfect for the warmer weather!
Our house session pale is easy drinking and hop forward, featuring an extra pale malt base combined with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.
Our first single variety Yarlington Mill that, with its, rich farmyard, autumnal flavours is perhaps the most classically West Country cider apple of all. This fruit was wild fermented in tank, and further matured for nearly a year in tank, resulting in a hazy orange cider, that is tangy, spicy, leathery and very very deeply appley and dry.
A gorgeous blend of 60% Somerset Redstreak, 20% Tremletts Bitter and of course, 20% Foxwhelp. This cider is fruit-forward, drinkable, and gloriously low alcohol at 6.0%! (Yes that’s low for pure juice cider!!) This cider is exactly what we want to enjoy as the sun begins to set later in the day, the temperature reaches the balmy teens, and cider season is well and truly back upon us.
This is our dry cider which is a traditional dry with a smooth finish and proves to be very popular with seasoned cider drinkers.
A traditional medium dry cider made from 100% freshly pressed bittersweet apples.
A single variety cider made with 100% Vilberie apples. Originally from Brittany and later introduced to Hereford, this apple produces a dry, drinkable cider with an interesting aftertaste.
A dry Somerset cider blended by the team at Left Handed Giant Brewing in collaboration with Pilton Cider. Full whole juice, richly flavoured but still easy drinking, it is a blend of multiple ciders, lightened with just a touch of low tannin dessert fruit.
