A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops and the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base and hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin, grapefruit. It finishes crisp and clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
Packed full of British raspberries for a juicy, tart and full bodied banger of a fruit beer. Brewed with Cornish sea salt for a balanced lick of savoury and soured with our Fermhouse cultures for a touch of funk to accentuate the MASSIVE AMOUNT OF FRUIT.
Our house session pale is easy drinking and hop forward, featuring an extra pale malt base combined with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
A single variety cider, using entirely Porters Perfection apples producing a light fruity dry cider, which is very pale in colour.
A cider that is classic in appearance, taste and strength. It is copper coloured, rounded, almost velvety in texture and is full of flavour.
The Discovery apple is the first to mature and be picked in the autumn. With the nose and flavour of this early variety, our Discovery blend is a medium fruity cider with a delicate rose blush.
2022 Dabinett blended with 2023 Browns, Foxwhelp and Somerset Redstreak. This is a cider reminiscent of a summer storm, packed full of fruit flavour with grapes and orange squash smashing into your taste buds like a tidal wave. Very good astringency from heritage cider apples makes it full bodied with a lasting taste while there is just enough acidity from Browns and Foxwhelp to refresh and quench like rain after a heatwave.
A dry Somerset cider blended by the team at Left Handed Giant Brewing in collaboration with Pilton Cider. Full whole juice, richly flavoured but still easy drinking, it is a blend of multiple ciders, lightened with just a touch of low tannin dessert fruit.
A pale ale forged from the finest Maris Otter malt and a special blend of American hops. The nose is of fresh citrus and berry fruits with a smooth juicy malt character and deceptively moreish finish that belies its strength. Vegan friendly.
An ode to regulars everywhere – including those frequenting our Lewes taproom this pillowy soft IPA was brewed with a combination of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops for flavours of lychee, Chenin Blanc, grapes and honeydew melon.
