We brewed this pale ale with silly amounts of Idaho 7, Motueka and Cashmere hops along with an experimental yeast strain known for creating beers with voluptuous body and ripe tropical fruit flavours.

A lager that was created to be elegant and refreshing. Utilising a blend of German Halltertau Mittelfruh, Huell Melon and Slovenian Cardinal hops to evoke notes of summer alpine meadows, wildflower honey and bready crackers. This one is quenching with a pleasing balanced bitterness and hop character. Vegan friendly.

A touch of sweeter green apple flavour with the robust ripe red apple character of all our ciders with full body and mouthfeel. A sensational single variety Dabinett from the hot sunny 2022 season. The vintage is full of flavour, bright fruit notes of orange, some delicate clove and pepper spices, and malolactic fermentation has introduced a dreamy, creamy texture to make this into a smooth cider with a depth of flavour. Dabinett has some of the best complex tannins of any apple and this drink exemplifies that.

A dry Somerset cider blended by the team at Left Handed Giant Brewing in collaboration with Pilton Cider. Full whole juice, richly flavoured but still easy drinking, it is a blend of multiple ciders, lightened with just a touch of low tannin dessert fruit.
