A fruited sour brewed with wheat and oats. Helveticus bacteria was used to sour the beer, which was then fruited with 400kg of strawberry and 5kg of Hibiscus flowers. The resulting beer is a sweet and tart sour with a pink hue. This beer is the third trio of The Graces (Hibiscus Series). Vegan friendly.

A Munich Helles style lager that's low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
