A Munich Helles style lager that's low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

From harvest and pressing to bottling, this project has been driven by professional rugby players from Exeter to raise vital funds for charity. With profits going to The Exeter Chiefs Foundation and Wooden Spoon this is a project that we’re very proud to support.
