A West Coast IPA dry-hopped with Cascade and Columbus hops offers a bold, crisp flavour profile with a pronounced bitterness. Expect vibrant notes of citrus, particularly grapefruit, complemented by hints of pine and floral aromas. The grapefruit notes provide a juicy edge that balances the hoppy bitterness. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
We love Galaxy - in fact it's one of our favourite hops here at NBBHQ so we made a beer exclusively using this rockstar of modern-era hop. Enticingly hazy and soft gold in appearance, the nose erupts with strong citrus, passionfruit, peach and pineapple aromatics. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish and notes of vanilla. Balanced, smooth and very sessionable.
This extra pale ale is super light in colour and mighty in flavour! Tropical citrus notes on a light base of malt. Hops: Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
Marzipan and vanilla sponge cake pastry stout. Beer, meet cake. Cake, meet beer. You two have a lot in common, we are sure you'll get along swimmingly.
The twentieth edition in our experimental NEIPA series, this one’s truly something special! Bright, bold and juicy. This hazy delight delivers big notes of ripe pineapple, mango and zesty lemon sherbet, wrapped up with a silky smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. A vibrant, tropical experience with every sip! Hops: Mosaic and Citra. Vegan friendly.
Small but oh so mighty, Boosh is a double dry-hopped hazy pale ale, rammed full of Citra, Idaho 7 and Talus for a heavy dose of citrus and mango joose, but a manageable 4.5% ABV.
A Munich Helles style lager that's low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A real apple cider infused with tart rhubarb and blended with vanilla for a smooth session cider.
Dabinett and Michelin apples are blended here to present a very interesting medium cider.
Lemon, lime and red grape cider blend. Tart citrus joins forces with the ciders acid, puckering you up for a kiss of sweet red grape, before rounding out to a dry finish.
A perfectly balanced, refreshing, medium cider named after the rich red soil that gives our orchards their distinctive quality.
A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.
Sour cherries, wild cider and fresh Braeburn juice. What’s not to like?! This tangy and fruity beast was blended and packaged without a name. Loved the flavour and the battle between sharpness and fruity sweetness, but just couldn’t think of a name.
