A superb bitter showcasing the best of British malt and hops.
This is a lovely session pale, well-hopped with just Mosaic. Expect an easy-drinking, juicy pale, perfect for the weekend and warmer spring and summer days.
Tipping our hats to one of the hops that arguably kick started the 'craft beer' movement ... Cascade. We've dumped in nearly 16g of this delightful humulus lupulus into this pale ale for a serious grapefruit vibe. Vegan friendly.
A classic well hoped session beer. Deep malt and hop aroma slightly floral with spicy notes. Bitterness and lovely liquid malt combine in perfect balance followed by a satisfying dry finish.
This is a lovely session pale, well-hopped with just Mosaic. Expect an easy-drinking, juicy pale, perfect for the weekend and warmer spring and summer days.
This juicy, hop monster has all the stone fruit flavours with an incredibly soft citrus finish. Originally brewed to celebrate our 200th gyle.
Session IPA, packed to the brim with flavour. A simple clean malt bill with Maris Otter and Oats for that lovely mouthfeel. Packed with Mosaic and Citra hops. Expect notes of tropical citrus and stone-fruits.
A big West Coast IPA brewed with our friends at Newtown Park. A particularly enticing hop combination that gives this beer a truly distinctive character. On the nose there is a bouquet of grapefruit and citrus with just a hint of grassiness. The mouthfeel is smooth and finishes dry, with a light floral bite and stone fruit flavours on the palate.
A truly sessionable beer that allows you to enjoy all the flavours and body of an IPA. Bags of tropical fruit aromas, pineapple, tangerine, guava and passion fruit are balanced with a chewy, honeyed malt character. Hops: Ella, Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo. Gluten free.
Pale but not insignificant. Inspired by the easy drinking beers of Munich. Refreshing and aromatic with character and drinkability.
A Best Bitter brewed with Pilgrim for that initial bitterness and then the classics Fuggles and Goldings as well as Emperor - a brand new hop as part of the Charles Faram hop breeding program. These classic and new wave hops give Jimbo aromas of mixed berries, crisp apple, yet all balanced with a well-rounded nutty bitter finish.
We collaborated with Loughran Brewing Stores and Hop Revolution hop farm, NZ to create this IPA. With our classic malt bill of Extra pale, oats and chit we blended Hop Revolution's Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and their HR blend to give us bright vinous and gooseberry flavours melded with citrus fruits and an undercurrent of floral notes. HR hops have a wonderfully clean and fresh aroma giving us the best NZ IPA we can have. Vegan friendly.
A distinctive, full flavoured beer with a sweeter finish. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Crystal, and Wheat malts, with Pilgrim and Cascade hops.
A complex yet balanced stout. Winner of the 2020 Stockport Beer Festival Home Brewing competition.
A strong golden IPA brewed with Amarillo hops.
Light fruity pale ale brewed with generous amounts of Wai-iti and Green Bullet hops from New Zealand.
Consider Moral Panic the smaller, lower ABV but no less tasty little brother of our go to NEIPA Space Hopper. Still packed with a heap of Cryo Citra hops to give that classic tropical, zesty punch whilst lowering the ABV to bring the output to session-able levels. Expect subtle aromas of mango, lychee and citrus backed up with flavours of pineapple, passion fruit bitterness and peach.
An English Pale with the obligatory Wilde Child twist. Bramling Cross at the back end of the boil combined with dry hop charges of Ernest and Endeavour lead to a slight earthy/spicy palate with soft notes of lemon and apricot on the nose. Vegan friendly.
Our third all English hopped pale ale is bursting with tropical notes from Herefordshire grown Harlequin. This pale ale has a mild herbal bitterness, with a nose of peach, passionfruit and pineapple.
Our most popular IPA is at the tropical fruit end of the spectrum, not too dry with a balanced bitterness. The hop hero here is Simcoe, backed up by a handful of its US colleagues.
Our dry-hopped IPA brewed with the all-star combo of Melba, Equinox and Citra is a beer you can truly get lost in. A pillow-like, soft mouthfeel from the use of wheat and oats contribute to a rich haze in the glass. Pair that with fruit forward tropical notes and restrained bitterness and you have an incredibly easy drinking beer.
