Smooth red IPA with tropical notes, resinous pine undertones and hints of pineapple.
Hybrid pale, showcasing ever changing New World hops. Filled to the brim with flavour bursting aromas and tropical juiciness. Soft textured and slightly sweet with a low bitterness.
Supercharged India Pale Ale.... Rich/bright and amber/bronze with lots of American hop aroma. Distinctly bittersweet on the palate with a massive hop complexity fashioned deep within the IPA tradition.
The first of the Mild's brewed by Burton Bridge Brewery, following on from the success of the XL Bitter, the brewery was asked for a darker beer Adapting the recipe slightly with the inclusion of caramel to darken the beer and produce a smoother flavour, XL Mild proved an immediate favourite.
Platinum Blonde bitter. Citrus and pine nose, with a dry, crisp and hoppy taste. Back due to popular demand.
Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
An IPA brewed with oats, wheat and Maris Otter, along with a hefty 20g/litre of Citra and Azacca (my biggest dry hop yet). It’s got a super chewy backbone with pillowy soft carbonation and notes of apricot, tangerine, white peach and lime zest.
Refreshing medium cider with a smooth and well balanced flavour.
Based on our multi award winning Plum Porter, our Plum Porter Grand Reserve is dark, and has added strength and elevated roundness due to the increase in alcohol content. Matured in conditioning tank for 21 days, it's fruity and loaded with flavour and strength!
Rich golden colour. Intense floral, herbal smell. Strong, rich fruity bitterness.
A yellow/golden best bitter with a good balance of malt and a fruity hop on the nose and on the palate. The sweetness follows through an ultimately more bitter finish.
Amber bitter with a hint of subtle fruit.
Akin to Poe’s ebony bird, this brew is much more than meets the eye. Oats and a multitude of malts give this sweet stout its sumptuous base. Expect bitter, yet silky chocolateyness from cocoa nibs and chocolate malt, giving way to the smoky sweetness from ageing in bourbon liquor oak casks. The Raven is a moreish combination and certainly not a case of ‘nevermore’.
Expertly blended crisp Somerset cider with apple and blackberry juice. Conjuring memories of apple and blackberry crumbles.
