For the ninth iteration of our Something Good series we explore a heritage malt as the base for this beer. The Chevalier malt provides a rich, biscuity backbone with Simcoe Cryo and Ekuanot Cryo hops bringing a tropical, citrus and pine goodness. A rich, fruit forward, soft IPA.
We put together an A team of Simcoe, Citra and Galaxy with our super fruity house yeast strain to make a classic New England IPA – just a hint of bitterness, and a balance of sharper citrus fruits to stop the tropical aroma being too sweet.
