
East Kent Goldings are the finest hops in the world for balance, subtlety and finesse. So we brewed a pale ale stuffed full of them, and then dry hopped it with an eye watering amount more. The result is neither balanced nor subtle, but it is hoppy and ever so drinkable. Vegan friendly.

A beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer.

Next instalment in our single hop series, we have the new 'noble sassy hop' Audacia. Brewed on a light malt base and to be gluten free, we've double dry hopped with generous amounts of Audacia to create notes of berries and floral hints that greet the nose, while the first sip delivers fresh bilberry and ripe blackberry flavours. Low levels of bitterness throughout and with a crisp clean finish, this extra pale Audacia showcase hits the spot. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

A modern, fruity and malty ale. With whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops alongside malted barley and wheat, this is a Cornish twist on a classic smooth-drinking best bitter.
