A modern, fruity and malty ale. With whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops alongside malted barley and wheat, this is a Cornish twist on a classic smooth-drinking best bitter. The light malty aroma leads to a floral, even cedar taste, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit leaves a lasting impression.

This distinctive pale ale blends 4 American hops. Creamy, light, grassy and sessionable. Available all year. Hops blended: Mount Hood, Sorachi Ace, Crystal and Delta.

Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.

This is a malt forward amber ale featuring prominent caramel, toasty and biscuity notes. It is moderate in bitterness with a big citrus (tangerine) flavour and pine finish brought forward in the palate using a combination of Amarillo and Centennial hops. A balanced, inviting beer that sits perfectly between the IPA and Pale Ale.

A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.

This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

A fruit-forward blend of wild fermented cider, fresh apple and red grape juices. The tartness from the cider, sweetness of the apple and dry tannins of the grapes create layer upon layer of flavour and bring a fresh fruity cider with a dry finish.

Blackurrant lemonade style still cider. This tart and fruity glass of purple is a blend of wild fermented cider, fresh apple, blackcurrant and lemon juices. A refreshing alternative to overly sweet fruit cider.

A fruity and refreshing blend of our Medium Apple Cider infused with rhubarb.

A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.

Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.

An all-English Best Bitter. Chestnut in colour. A rich blend of biscuit, nutty and chocolate malt flavours with fruit hop notes. Made with English hops only: Bramling Cross and Jester.

A traditional amber coloured Best Bitter with a hint of toilet humour.

A refreshing and hoppy pale ale.

This pale ale uses British Lager malts and Vienna malt for a light bread, nutty base flavour. The hops are a blend of East Kent Goldings, Amarillo and Progress; providing orange citrus and grassy mint notes. Overall flavour is very clean and dry with a citrus hit. This is a perfect session ale, refreshing and light. We also believe this is a perfect alternative for lager drinkers.

The original Hawkstone Lager. Bold, yet balanced, with a smooth body and top notes of light citrus complemented by a subtle, crisp bitterness and malty backbone. Setting the standard for a British Premium Lager.
