An amber ale hopped with Cascade and Citra (USA). Tropical hop flavours with a hint of caramel and a gentle bitterness.
A well-balanced, genuine Yorkshire Bitter, with a full measure of maltiness and hoppy aroma. Boltmaker is first choice for the discerning drinker - on both sides of the Pennines.
A modern, fruity and malty ale. With whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops alongside malted barley and wheat, this is a Cornish twist on a classic smooth-drinking best bitter. The light malty aroma leads to a floral, even cedar taste, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit leaves a lasting impression.
Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
Hazy yellow, tasty medium/sweet pear with dry finish, seriously quaffable, silky smooth. Please note abv may vary.
A fruit-forward blend of wild fermented cider, fresh apple and red grape juices. The tartness from the cider, sweetness of the apple and dry tannins of the grapes create layer upon layer of flavour and bring a fresh fruity cider with a dry finish.
Sour cherries, wild cider and fresh Braeburn juice. What’s not to like?! This tangy and fruity beast was blended and packaged without a name. Loved the flavour and the battle between sharpness and fruity sweetness, but just couldn’t think of a name.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.
Lovingly referred to as the 'tangbomb' this lip moreish number is awash with tropical pineapple flavours, balanced with a light touch of citric acid from the lemon.
This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.
A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.
A fruity and refreshing blend of our Medium Apple Cider infused with rhubarb.
The original Summer ale brewed all year round. An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma. This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish. Probably the beer to receive the most awards in Britain!
An all-English Best Bitter. Chestnut in colour. A rich blend of biscuit, nutty and chocolate malt flavours with fruit hop notes. Made with English hops only: Bramling Cross and Jester.
A traditional amber coloured Best Bitter with a hint of toilet humour.
