Perfectly balanced with a complex bittersweet malty taste, fragrant hops and a characteristic long deep finish. A traditional Sussex style Best Bitter.
A refreshing and hoppy pale ale.
Romney Breweries flagship beer. Amber in colour. Tropical fruit flavours from whole flower hops with a hint of caramel.
Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.
With delicate citrus and stone fruit aromas, this smooth and easy drinking pale ale has mango and grapefruit flavours with a balanced refreshing bitterness.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
A sweet, floral and herbaceous blend of wild cider, fresh pear and elderflowers. A classic flavour combination!
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Sour cherries, wild cider and fresh Braeburn juice. What’s not to like?! This tangy and fruity beast was blended and packaged without a name. Loved the flavour and the battle between sharpness and fruity sweetness, but just couldn’t think of a name.
Saison style dry cider.
Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.
This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.
A fruity and refreshing blend of our Medium Apple Cider infused with rhubarb.
A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.
A traditional amber coloured Best Bitter with a hint of toilet humour.
This exceptionally pale ale combines Motueka and UK hops to deliver delightful citrus aromas, a gracefully fruity palate, and a subtly bitter finish, making it the ideal sessionable choice.
A mid brown session beer with sparkling tangerine overtones that linger to the finish.
A full-bodied bitter with a good malt to hop ratio.
Light golden, with a distinctive hoppy aroma and crisp clean bitter finish. Smooth, light and refreshing.
