Wow, where to start with this bad boy! So many rich, malty and smooth flavours on this incredible Baltic porter infused with 20 kilos of roasted cacao nibs. Little to none of the burnt flavours of a classic stout but with all of the deep darkness in colour. All the full mouthfeel of a high ABV beer but with none of the heavy sweetness of an imperial porter. All of the natural chocolate and coffee flavours without being cloying. Subtle notes of liquorice and anise blend in with the more dominant flavours superbly whilst touches of blackcurrant and ginger may be detected from the hop profile. Along with warming flavours of raisin and toffee and an oaty mouthfeel, this is one to savour.
