Belgium meets Kent. Belgian monastic brewers have been brewing modern style Tripel ale for the last 80 years, on the quiet. The style is characterised by its low bitterness, easy drinking dry body and deceptive strength. We use balefuls of East Kent Golding hops for flavour, a little Belgian candy sugar for the traditional extra alcohol and the brewery's own yeast strain for the house character. Vegan friendly.
