Our Dark Mild is a full mash malt with notes of roast barley and black malt. English hops of course to create a moreish, dark and warming mild.
Cold brew coffee oatmeal stout. Our great friends at Passion Fruit Coffee roasted some high grade, single origin beans, sourced direct from the farm for us to perfectly match our oatmeal stout.
In this zesty blonde, we have merged the fabulous Centennial with three other hops (Chinook, Amarillo and Huel Melon) at different stages of the brew. The result is a citrussy, fresh and juicy hoppy blonde, with a lovely short bitter finish. Dangerously drinkable!
A Single Malt and Single Hop (SMaSH) IPA made with Maris Otter malt and Nelson Sauvin two ways. Lashings of Cryo hops in the whirlpool and T90s on the dry hop to give maximum hop intensity.
Xanadu, Olivia Newton John's unconfirmed favourite pale ale, is hopped with UK tropical hop, Olicana along with Simcoe; to develop a punchy hazy pale ale with notes of grapefruit and citrus.
An aged sour ale fermented in French oak barrels with our house culture derived from flora local to the brewery then blended with fresh Saison from our Foeder. The combination of which has a soft acidity which works perfectly with the fruity esters of the Saison.
