5.2% West Coast Pale

Hopped with Citra Spectrum, Chinook T90, Columbus T90, Cascade T90 and Centennial T90, this West Coast Pale oozes with pine, bitter grapefruit, juicy tangerine rind and zesty citrus peel. The inclusion of Vienna, Caramalt and a careful blend of differently kilned pale malts, results in a beautiful golden orange glow topped off with a packed off-white foamy head. This is our take on a complex style that brings both bitter and sweet, floral and citrus, dryness and mouthfeel. It’s a style that inspired us, and many other brewers, to brew beer. It’s a style that some say kicked off a revolution.

Mallinsons

4.3% Blonde Ale

A new dual hopped ale with Harlequin and Simcoe. This is very pale blonde with gorgeous aromas of soft summer fruits. The bitterness has elements of passion fruit and peach, and the lovely lingering bitterness gives soft marmalade notes. Very lush!

Big Trip

4.3% New England IPA

Soft and juicy session NEIPA double dry hopped with large amounts of Elani and Strata hops. A fresh burst of mango, orange zest, and soft peach hits the nose, wrapped in a cloudy NEIPA haze. Juicy waves of sliced pineapple, crushed guava, and strawberry-kiwi from Elani and Strata roll across a pillowy oat-and-wheat body. Light hop resin and citrus pith add just enough bite to keep things lively and sessionable. It finishes silky, fruity, and refreshingly crisp with further grapefruit back-notes. Vegan friendly.

4% Best Bitter

Closer to a Best than a Manchester Bitter, we comprised four different speciality malts with our base grains creating an almost autumnal postcard vision of red and copper hues and a complex flavour profile that bursts with caramelised nuts, dried fruits and, with a charge of First Gold hops, a bittersweet marmalade finish.

7.2% IPA

This DDH IPA is bursting with BIG tropical energy. Early additions of Idaho 7 and BRU-1 Spectrum lay down a plush base of overripe pineapple, stone fruit, and sticky resin. A double dose of dry hopping with Strata and Citra Cryo intensifies the profile with notes of mango smoothie, dank citrus, and a hit of passion fruit funk. Medium-bodied with a soft mouthfeel that's all encompassing, this IPA hits hard without overwhelming. Collaboration with Northern Monk. Vegan friendly.
