Our take on a West Coast IPA delivers a huuuuge juicy blast of aroma from all American hops. There's a massive hop mouth feel with layers of flavour, building into a wall of hops! This is all held together by a rich malt body, all style, all substance!

A dry and low colour Extra Pale Ale with Comet, Mosaic and El Dorado T90s. Made with copious amounts of wheat and oat, this beer holds a full and creamy mouthfeel which balances a quintessential dry finish expected from an XPA. Pouring a beautiful straw yellow, our XPA offers slight dankness alongside apricot, grapefruit and citrus resulting in a perfectly refreshing finish.

Brewed with US hops. Golden blonde, with a fruity aroma which has hints of white grapes. There is a clean sharp taste, with resin and citrus peel coming through into as pleasantly bitter finish. Easy drinker for ABV.

Super pale Cryo hopped session. Aromas leap out with bright coconut cream, zesty tangerine, and a hint of lime lollies from the Sabro-Cryo Amarillo hop combination. On the palate, it’s ultra-light and creamy, with flashes of pineapple, orange peel, and a splash of coconut crush. The saturated yeast lends a soft, hazy body while the oats in the mash adds the juicy softness we were chasing. Finishes clean and fresh, with citrusy, soft coconut back-notes. Vegan friendly.

A stout brewed to be sweeter than our Dark North with much more body and fullness. We used a bunch of wheat and oats to build the malt bill. We used Goldings hops to add a minor amount of bitterness, expect a very decadent, rich finish. Vegan friendly.

A classic West Coast IPA, rich golden in colour, it kicks off with a punchy aroma of grapefruit zest, pine resin, and hint of ripe apricot. Spectrum and Cryo hops serve up bold citrus and stone fruit flavours crashing over a lean malt base, with notes of pine and lime zest. It finishes perfectly dry, resinous and unapologetically bitter - just the way a West Coast should be. Vegan friendly.

With one of our most epic adventures into the world of hops, we've created a big, creamy OTT NEIPA that’s juice for days. Aroma waves of sliced pineapple, luscious mango and ripe peach come screaming in from the liquid Mosaic Spectrum and a heavy dose of Bru-1 with Idaho 7. On the palate, it's soft and pillowy, bursting with rich candied pineapple spliced with retro peach rings plus a touch of sticky dankness. The finish? Low bitterness, ultra-smooth with a fruity fade and just dank enough to pull you back in for more. Totally crushable - Far Out! indeed. Vegan friendly.
