Back to the Southern Hemisphere for the next instalment in our DDH single hop series. We've loaded this pale ale with stunning Rakau hops. Hints of apricot and pear tease the nose while the first sip serves up complex orchard fruits to the palate. Succulent apricot flavours dominate but hints of juicy plum, soft pear and moments of pine are there, with low to mid levels of bitterness throughout plus a clean finish.

Our most hop-forward beer in almost two decades of brewing. We began with a brand new blend of pale malts which provide a soft, clean base for an octet of the punchiest, most vibrant American hops in both leaf and pellet in the whirlpool, followed by a double dry-hop during and after fermentation. The result is a blast of herby citrus zest flavours and aromas, paired beautifully with the smooth yellow haze in our first unfined cask ale. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
