This richly awesome ale is off-black in colour, with light chocolate and plum fruits in the nose. It has a smooth, rich chocolate and malt taste, with hints of hedgerows fruits coming through from the Bramling Cross hops.
A dry and low colour Extra Pale Ale with Comet, Mosaic and El Dorado T90s. Made with copious amounts of wheat and oat, this beer holds a full and creamy mouthfeel which balances a quintessential dry finish expected from an XPA. Pouring a beautiful straw yellow, our XPA offers slight dankness alongside apricot, grapefruit and citrus resulting in a perfectly refreshing finish.
Brewed with US hops. Golden blonde, with a fruity aroma which has hints of white grapes. There is a clean sharp taste, with resin and citrus peel coming through into as pleasantly bitter finish. Easy drinker for ABV.
Super pale Cryo hopped session. Aromas leap out with bright coconut cream, zesty tangerine, and a hint of lime lollies from the Sabro-Cryo Amarillo hop combination. On the palate, it’s ultra-light and creamy, with flashes of pineapple, orange peel, and a splash of coconut crush. The saturated yeast lends a soft, hazy body while the oats in the mash adds the juicy softness we were chasing. Finishes clean and fresh, with citrusy, soft coconut back-notes. Vegan friendly.
Hopped with Citra Spectrum, Chinook T90, Columbus T90, Cascade T90 and Centennial T90, this West Coast Pale oozes with pine, bitter grapefruit, juicy tangerine rind and zesty citrus peel. The inclusion of Vienna, Caramalt and a careful blend of differently kilned pale malts, results in a beautiful golden orange glow topped off with a packed off-white foamy head. This is our take on a complex style that brings both bitter and sweet, floral and citrus, dryness and mouthfeel. It’s a style that inspired us, and many other brewers, to brew beer. It’s a style that some say kicked off a revolution.
The same old story, but with a new character! We have used a heap of fresh Citra in two forms T90 pellet and Lupomax in this IPA, then dunked in a bunch of lovely Chinook to add a slight pine and citrus note. Super fruity and refreshing. Vegan friendly.
A Southern Hemisphere hazy session pale ale brewed with copious amounts of Motueka and Galaxy hops. Bright aromas of lime zest, passion fruit, and crushed pineapple leap from the glass. The creamy soft mouthfeel is met with juicy citrus and tropical fruit layered over a crisp, biscuity malt base. Light-bodied and ultra refreshing, with a gentle bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. The finish is clean, with subtle citrus back notes that don't leave you tongue tied. Vegan friendly.
A delightfully light sunshine pale packed with New Zealand’s finest Nelson Sauvin hops. Passion fruit, peach, and lime with a little hint fresh crushed gooseberry. Takes beery refreshment from down under to way up here!
Our take on a West Coast IPA delivers a huuuuge juicy blast of aroma from all American hops. There's a massive hop mouth feel with layers of flavour, building into a wall of hops! This is all held together by a rich malt body, all style, all substance!
This soft, modern, New Zealand IPA is full of incredible Pacific Sunrise hops. Every mouthful is bursting with orange and lemon citrus flavour gently underpinned with tropical stone fruit.
A classic British bitter, rich toffee and malt balanced with the subtle flavours of Challenger, Goldings and Target hops.
Session pal e ale boldly hopped for a full blast of tropical fruit, balanced, and beautifully drinkable. It’s hazy, juicy, and unapologetically confident. Collaboration with DEYA. Vegan friendly.
A stout brewed to be sweeter than our Dark North with much more body and fullness. We used a bunch of wheat and oats to build the malt bill. We used Goldings hops to add a minor amount of bitterness, expect a very decadent, rich finish. Vegan friendly.
A session IPA packed full of body and flavour. Giving notes of gooseberry and tropical fruits, brewed using a low colour malt bill to give a lovely light yellow colour. Wai-iti hops lead in this beer with all their glory. Super fresh with slight bitterness for a really refreshing finish. Vegan friendly.
