Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.
Brewed seasonally for the November 5th celebrations that the bonfire boys and belles of Lewes are renowned for. A dark amber beer with a full malty palate and a, slightly burnt, bitter aftertaste. A small quantity of black malt is used to impart the suggestion of smoke.

A traditional brown ale. Brewed with roasted malt and dark sugars, it has a sweet, malty palate and a bittersweet finish derived from Fuggle and Progress aroma hops. There is a lush fullness, offset by a hint of burnt sugars.

Medium dry, this still cider bursts with apple flavours and has a depth of character that only comes from generations of experience.
A strong, old style India Pale Ale reminiscent of the beers exported across the globe by British breweries during the early nineteenth century. Golden in colour with a full hop aroma. The bitterness lingers on the on the palate giving a dry finish. Bold but balanced.
