This very pale hoppy ale is made from low colour Maris Otter malt. A combination of three high-alpha American hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.
Located midway between Leeds and Wakefield lies the fabled Rhubarb Triangle, where tender pink stems of forced rhubarb are grown in darkened sheds. This un-fined and naturally hazy IPA celebrates the famous Yorkshire delicacy by combining it with three recently developed UK-grown hop varieties. Harlequin, Jester and Ernest contribute aromas of citrus and tropical fruits to complement the flavour of the rhubarb. Collaboration with Northern Monk from just across “the triangle”. Vegan friendly.
