A ruby ale with great complex malt flavours and a light bite of fruity bitterness.
Smooth full flavoured and balanced with a delicious crispy malt fruit finish. Golden brown in colour and an aroma of fresh baked bread with a hint of spice.
A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.
Pouring soft with a slight red hue, the malt leads, but the expected bitter finish is tempered by gentle fruit. Tangerine and peach aromas. Refreshing and easy-drinking for the abv. This means nothing to me... ah, Vienna.
A delicious traditional porter with a full bodied taste of chocolate, coffee, blackcurrant and black cherry with a good aroma. A near black colour with a good white head when served through a tight sparkler.
Light golden medium cider. A smooth, mellow real farmhouse scrumpy with a slight tang to it.
A perfectly balanced, refreshing, medium cider named after the rich red soil that gives our orchards their distinctive quality.
A full-bodied medium cider, full of fruity aromas and a rich balanced taste.
Matured in ex-Glen Moray (previously Glenglassaugh Distillery) whisky casks this is a dry and subtle cider. Infused with mellow, vanilla oak of the cask. A refreshing, complex drink to be savoured.
We trialled three different unfined, dry-hopped versions of Merlin’s Magic. Layering the herbal dry-hopped characteristics over the rich malt base, and padding it out with body and flavour enhancing yeast really transformed the already sessionable Merlin’s Magic into something even more enjoyable.
Full bodied chocolate and coffee flavours are balanced by a powerful New Zealand hop Bitterness. Fantastically drinkable.
