Crafted like an American pale ale using Cascade, Citra and Simcoe hops. The Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops. This gives a tropical hop aroma, paired with the unique taste combination of these three distinctive hop varieties, making it both full in flavour and crisply thirst-quenching.
This is our flagship session ale. A well balanced and moreish ale, with a good rounded malt flavour that leads to a bitter finish.
Delicious sweet brown porter with complex roasted malt flavours and a smooth bitter finish. Brewed in small batches using a blend of 8 different grains and English hops.
This is one of our favourite Devon cider apples. Here it is blended with other varieties to create our driest cider, for the true aficionado. Ripe apple and refreshing citrus flavours lead to a satisfying bitterness and a long finish.
