A bronze coloured best bitter. A combination of roasted malts and rich, aromatic hops provide a well rounded flavour and a distinctive hoppy bitterness.
A light straw colour, brewed with barley and wheat malts. A very refreshing beer with a good smack of citrus hops and a perfect clean finish.
Castanea combines Mosaic with Centennial. The aroma brings forth all the tropical goodness Mosaic employs. On the flavour, the Centennial adds clean lychee, grape and citrus to the mix to bring forth a true medley of fruits. London Fog softens the edges of this brew, and bundles in some tasty stone fruit esters to boot.
A unique blend of some of Hampshire's finest low colour and lightly caramelised malted barley with a selection of British and North American hops. With notes of grassy pine and citrus with a lingering aftertaste, this classic "Golden Ale" has a good level of bitterness and flavour to balance the gravity.
Often a cloudy perry, it has good flavours despite being lower strength, which is achieved by a mixture of a 1st and 2nd pressing. The 2nd pressing has water added to re-hydrate the fruit, to assist pressing out the remaining colour, juice and flavours. Varieties include Doyenne du Comice, Thorn, Blakeney Red and Conference.
A sassy cider temptress, loaded with innocent, cloudy-apple sweetness. A tender bite leads on to satisfying fruity tingle, but beware the sting in the tail. The ultimate guilty pleasure, best sipped in a cat suit... miooww!
A medium-dry organic cider. A rare flavour like no other, a cider that delivers a mellow flavour with a bittersweet bite that creeps up on you. A true reflection of the mischievous and elusive Black Fox.
This is the very first cider I produced. Giving you the dry refreshing taste and velvety tones of cider made in the traditional way, best served icecold, after a hard days work or on one of those longingly wanted hot summer days.
This gorgeous coloured cider is one of the most popular and different sweet ciders you can get - medium tangy rhubarb blended with a gentle vanilla sweetness. Like a liquid version of rhubarb crumble and ice cream.
A rich and powerful vintage, improved by ageing in a 100-year-old mighty Oak vat. Here it develops a complexity and depth enjoyed by a cultured palate. Grown, pressed and produced in Devon.
Named after the delightful sound of pigs when they come across some windfall apples! Like those pigs this is full of character. A rich bronze cider that is smooth as it is tasty. Beautifully balanced with a satisfyingly rounded finish.
A perfectly balanced, refreshing, medium cider named after the rich red soil that gives our orchards their distinctive quality.
This is one of our favourite Devon cider apples. Here it is blended with other varieties to create our driest cider, for the true aficionado. Ripe apple and refreshing citrus flavours lead to a satisfying bitterness and a long finish.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
Peach and mango work together in this IPA to give you a drink that’ll keep the good vibes going. Hops: Cascade, Mosaic and Citra.
Gloriously rich golden in colour and with a wonderful mown grass aroma, this premium bitter is full of complex flavours including a tiny amount of caramel. The addition of American hops gives it a full hop flavour with a dry finish.
