Back from the archives, Redwood was one of the first IPA's we brewed over 10 years ago. This IPA has been brewed with a section of specialty malts and hopped with Chinook and Centennial to produce a old school West Coast IPA in cask with notes citrus and marmalade.

A light session American Pale Ale, heavily dry hopped with El Dorado this year providing strong soft fruit aromas. A delight for the summer.

Gold - 4.5%

Exmoor Ales

A golden ale hopped with Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles. The aroma is a blend of fresh grassy and floral hop and a subtly soft, caramel-tinged maltiness. The palate is a balance of gentle grainy maltiness and sprightly floral, citrusy fresh hop fruitiness. The finish is bittersweet with hints of citrus fruit weaving in and out.

A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. The ABV has been reduced from 3.6% due to the recent duty rules.

This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.

A bold, uncompromising beer, packed with hops at 4 different stages in the brewing process. Imperial and Munich malts give the beer enough body to try and tame the hop aromas jumping out of the glass. It's a favourite with beer lovers, writers and judges and has won an amazing 8 gold medals in national and international competitions.

Named after the two heavyweight hops that battle it out in this brew (Summit and Mosaic), $UMO will wrestle your taste buds with a flavour combo of tropical fruit, dank herbs and weighty bitterness. Other beers may enter the ring but $UMO will be the last brew standing. Vegan friendly.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
