A single hopped pale using the fantastic hop Ernest which is a great British variety known for its bold flavour profile. This beer was brewed for a hop competition which showcases Chinook.... being one of Gazza's favourite hops, how could he refuse? Brewed with plenty of old school US C hops, this is a bitter, malty, herbal and resinous brew with the distinct "pine tree" character of Chinook coming through. The malty body is sweet and slightly grainy, as a WCIPA should be, but this is all about the hops and, in particular, the underrated Chinook.
A hearty, pitch black beer full of malty complexity. Very smooth, with a hint of Old English Toffee.
West Coast style, dry-hopped pale. Aromas of resinous pine and fresh citrus are backed by an assertive bitterness and subtle caramel notes. Hops: Citra, Simcoe and Chinook.

Our homage to the absolute institute of British brewing that is the humble ESB, but brewed with Verdant's yeast for a modern twist! Rich flavours of caramel and toffee from the malts compliment the fruity flavours from the yeast and spice and berry notes from East Kent Goldings hops, whilst a moderate bitterness on the finish ties the flavours together.
