Inspired by the classic IPA’s from West Coast USA, Adventurer is brewed with a base of sweet caramalt, giving a solid base for a blend of Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe and Citra hops to shine, offering notes of grapefruit and sticky resinous pine. A proper West Coast IPA with a rasping bitter finish yet an overwhelmingly satisfying balance and smooth mouthfeel.
An easy drinking pale ale. Light and hoppy with delicate floral notes and a well balanced finish.
John Smith's bitter, which is still going strong, is a malty, bitter sweet ale with a slight fruitiness and a bitter aftertaste we probably took the words right out of your mouth.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Pale, hoppy, malty brew with a hint of sweetness before a dry finish.
