A well-rounded pale ale. By controlling the temperature of the kettle and adding a generous amount of New Zealand Cascade (Taiheke) and Chinook we were able to achieve a delicate bitterness and a clean finish. You will get hop aromas of grapefruit and spice balanced off with sweet honey malt character.
This black IPA is all the best bits of an old-school IPA with all the fun of a complex malt bill. Think well done toast and milk chocolate with aromas of papaya and orange rind. Collaboration with Howling Hops.
Our classic cask favourite, Bread & butter has been reworked to make that reward for a hard day's work more satisfying than ever. Strong flavours of pine, peach, lychee and citrus are finished off with resinous piney notes for a smooth, rounded bitterness.
