A deep, dark porter to evoke a sense of mystery.
Seven years of pioneering hazy beers and a blend of hand-selected hops combine in a recipe based on our 2018–2020 Signature Pale. Vegan friendly.
A well-rounded pale ale. By controlling the temperature of the kettle and adding a generous amount of New Zealand Cascade (Taiheke) and Chinook we were able to achieve a delicate bitterness and a clean finish. You will get hop aromas of grapefruit and spice balanced off with sweet honey malt character.
This black IPA is all the best bits of an old-school IPA with all the fun of a complex malt bill. Think well done toast and milk chocolate with aromas of papaya and orange rind. Collaboration with Howling Hops.
Our classic cask favourite, Bread & butter has been reworked to make that reward for a hard day's work more satisfying than ever. British malts are combined with double the layers of US hops for a still fresh but punchier dry-hopped pale. Strong flavours of pine, peach, lychee and citrus are finished off with resinous piney notes for a smooth, rounded bitterness.
A coffee milk stout using lactose to increase body and sweetness and 4 kg of freshly ground coffee beans from our good friends at Delilah Fine Foods in Nottingham.
Our deep dark and rich house stout, wrapped in a velvety cherry blanket. Layers of complexity ready to be unravelled with each sip. Vegan friendly.
An Amarillo hopped pale ale. Enjoy a smooth pint on a rounded malt base with a light finishing bitterness. Dry-hopped with Amarillo hops brings orange, a little spice and a nice softness and is here to give perfect balance in a refreshing session beer time after time.
A Best Bitter brewed with Cafe Beermoth as part of their series of Drinking Beers. Drinking beers does exactly what they say on the tin, a beer you're going to want to drink all night. We feel super privileged to be the 5th instalment of this series and hope we've made a beer to match the previous instalments from other top breweries. Vegan friendly.
A luscious jet-black porter infused with an ungodly amount of cinder toffee. This is a beer truly Forged in Fire, from the roasted malts to the heaps of caramel and cinder toffee. Expect a deep and layered porter with notes of espresso, and dark chocolate playing supporting roles to cinder toffee and caramel.
Pale ale with a soft wheat body overlaid with some of our favourite American hops, bringing citrus, mango and passion fruit flavours with a subtle pine finish.
Allow us a little indulgence this Christmas as we take the base of chocolate, and roast malt and add a little zest of orange in. The result is a supremely drinkable stout, with a little added brightness from the orange. Vegan friendly.
A Rakau hopped pale ale. New Zealand hop Rakau brings apricot, grapefruit, citrus and passion fruit notes with a hint of pine and a touch of dankness. Enjoy a smooth pint on a rounded malt base with a light finishing bitterness for perfect balance in a refreshing session beer time after time. Collaboration with Freestyle Hops.
