A layered malt bill of kilned base malt, dark crystal, chocolate malt, naked oats, and torrefied wheat brings notes of toasted bread, caramel, and soft cocoa. A gentle touch of smoked malt adds warmth and depth, with a subtle bittersweet edge in the finish. Light-bodied but full of character, it's a beer made for unhurried drinking.
