Back from the archives, Redwood was one of the first IPA's we brewed over 10 years ago. This IPA has been brewed with a section of specialty malts and hopped with Chinook and Centennial to produce a old school West Coast IPA in cask with notes citrus and marmalade.
We have used English hops Olicana and Harlequin to give a stone fruit and tropical platform to the white grape finish of the NZ Nelson Sauvin hops. Brewed with Ragnar 'Diana' Voss yeast for extra fruit!
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!

In celebration of Easter, we've taken inspiration from one of our all-time favourite chocolate eggs. Dark malts combined with cocoa powder and cacao nibs provide a chocolate richness, with a soothing creamy finish.
Hazy Kentish American pale ale using Fuggles for bitterness and with juicy Citra hops and English Bramling cross both in the whirlpool and double dry hop. A big punch of citrus complements hedgerow fruits and a slightly sweet finish with a full body from oats and wheat. Fermented with Kveik Voss yeast.

The patron saint of Burton upon Trent, St. Modwen was a 7th century nun wo founded the Burton upon Trent abbey where it is said that beer was brewed and she produced miracles with the Burton well water.
Session IPA - Made with Vermont yeast, this IPA boasts notes of bitter orange, a touch of lime and an earthy, hoppy finish.
