An amber coloured session bitter traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, crystal and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast. Matured in ex-Glen Moray (previously Glenglassaugh Distillery) whisky casks this is a dry and subtle cider. Infused with mellow, vanilla oak of the cask. A refreshing, complex drink to be savoured.
Single hopped IPA using 100% American Centennial hops. A note of juniper and lavender with a citrus undertone and aroma.
Brewed with English Maris Otter malted barley, and a combination of English hops and American hops (Goldings & Cascade). Our aim was to create a true IPA. Strong, and heavily hopped, so that as in the old days, it might survive the ship cruise to India. Despite its strongly evident bitterness, its fruity, floral characteristics balance this beer perfectly.
