A mildly tart sour beer emulating the flavours of the classic Greek yoghurt dip. A clean, vibrant, and zingy summer refresher. Straw yellow colour, hazy, white foamy head. Aroma of cucumber, mint, yogurt, lemon and lime citrus, light grainy malt. Creamy smooth mouthfeel but mildly tart lactic sourness. Light and dry finish with mellow bitterness and soft to medium carbonation.

This double dry hopped pale is brimming with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, backed by Mosaic and Citra giving flavours of Sav Blanc, squishy mango and berries. Vegan friendly.

Using a handful of the most innovative products on the market, our second double IPA has huge aromas of lime, passionfruit and mango that explode out of the glass. Subtle savoury notes from Riwaka and an ever so slight bitterness keeps Phil in check making him a highly drinkable double IPA. For the geeks out there we used the following: Citra, Motueka, Riwaka T90, Mega Motueka (with Phantasm), Citra Incognito, Motueka Hop Kief.

A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.
