In the past we brewed Otter Bright only in the summer. With the new dawn of interest in cask beer, it is perfectly positioned as a great beer for 'new age drinkers' who are discovering cask ale. It is so pale that it can easily be mistaken for lager and it delivers a great bitter citrus flavour with lots of fizz.

An American pale ale brewed with cara malt to produce a copper coloured west coast. Hopped with Azacca, Centennial and Chinook on the hot side to produce bitter piney notes then further dry hopped to add pine, citrus and grapefruit. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
