A luscious, deep, fruit forward strong bitter with a superb chestnut colour and smooth aftertaste. Hops: Goldings and Fuggles.
This pale straw-coloured ale has hints of pear and pineapple on the nose, leading to a robust, malty palate which is well balanced by a pleasing steely bitterness.
Well bodied ruby ale. Rich malt flavours combine with Bramling X hops for a wonderful beer with fruity overtones. The brewer's favourite. This is a typically english ale combining the best of British malts and hops.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. The ABV has been reduced from 3.6% due to the recent duty rules.
