Traditional copper coloured bitter, malty with a pronounced bitterness level balanced by a sweet undercurrent.
This pale ale is full of tropical fruit with pleasant resinous citrus notes. Bitterness is low and fermentation on our house yeast offers up glorious stone fruit flavours. Hopped with Talus, Chinook and Simcoe.
A fervent mix of rich coffee, bittersweet chocolate and the darkest of Black Forest berries. This beer overflows with a deep complexity and will drown you in its depths.
A pale hoppy brew with a fresh floral hop character from a blend of English and American hops. A most satisfying and refreshing session beer.
Golden, with a floral aroma and a full hoppy flavour that is balanced by a crisp dry maltiness and a rich finish. Hops: Brewers Gold and Cascade.
Pale ale packed full of dank resinous American hops. We used loads of Centennial in the boil and whirlpool, for the classic dank yet citrusy character. We then double-dry-hopped with Columbus for its floral, citrus yet piney character. We then finished with Ekuanot for its berry and cedar character. This all rests on a malt base of pale, oats and Munich, fermented with London Ale III yeast for its fruity aroma.
A traditional, easy drinking Yorkshire Bitter, made from all British ingredients. Pale copper in colour, this beer initially has sweet malt and honey on the palate, followed by a moderately bitter finish. The delicate hop aromas can be described as floral and spicy.
Blonde in colour, bold in flavour, there's snow way this light, refreshing beer won't provide some seasonal cheer.
Pecan Pie flavoured infused Porter using five different malts and English hops.
