Specially Optimised Anniversary Brew. To mark our 10th anniversary this is a chestnut bitter with a smooth malty taste that gives way to a lighter hopped finish.
A smooth and distinctive porter named after the North American Mustangs which flew from RAF King’s Cliffe between 1942 and 1945, and is brewed using an 1896 recipe which has been refined for the modern palate. Six malts - including toasted and chocolate malts - combine to give a smooth and distinctive malt and fruit finish, with a hint of bitter chocolate.
Brewed using a mixture of 4 different malts together with Goldings hops to give a traditional chestnut coloured bitter.
Brewed to export strength this strong well hopped India Pale Ale has become a firm favourite with followers of the style.
A pale malt and oat base provides the canvas for this refreshing, juicy and well balanced fruit beer. This time, we've used lots of guava, backed up by the fruity tropics of passion fruit and mango. The subtle-sweet malt base with the lactose balances out the slightly tart but juicy and exotic fruit.
Awaiting tastings notes from brewer.
