Manchester Pale Ale, The Real Refreshing Alternative. MPA is a golden ale made from all-British malt, Liberty and Mount Hood hops. MPA is brewed 3.7% ABV cask.
A ruby red beer brewed with a selection of Maris Otter, crystal and black malts. Combined with a blend of english and European hops adding a wonderful sweetness to this malty beer.
Copper coloured traditional bitter. This ale has rounded berry flavours, balanced with a malty, biscuit palate.
This classic, ebony-coloured, malty strong ale has a potent, fruity aroma and a powerful, rich, sweet flavour, with generous fruit notes. First brewed in 1950, an award-winning dedicated to a local legend. The story goes that local farmers fell into a pond attempting to rake out a reflection of the moon they mistook for a truckle of Lancashire cheese.
This dark cask ale has undertones of liquorice and chocolate, with a rich, fruity taste.
In this bitter we used British hops (Fuggles) to provide the flavour profile. Obviously not something new to the style, but unusual for us as historically we use New World hops in our recipes. Expect a deliciously traditional malty ale that has balanced and nuanced hop character. Classics are classics for a reason! Gluten free and vegan friendly.
As it's an oat stout, it has the characteristic silkier mouthfeel with a deliciously creamy head on the pour. Expect delicate espresso coffee bean and roasted smoky barley aromatics on the nose, with biscuity malt on the palate and a touch of hop bitterness to the finish. Gluten free.
A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.
This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
