Our take on the concept of a Dublin stout. Brewed to be complex but quaffable. We took some of our imperial stout tricks and adapted them to a lower abv base recipe. The result has layered malts with some lovely soft chocolate notes, finished with a nice hop zing to help clean the palate.

A fruity flourish gives way to a dry backbone. All the Gala and Bramley flavour washing over then a creeping dryness, refreshing the palate. Produced with slightly less Gala Apple juice to produce a refreshing dryness and a higher ABV.

The orchard apples are a mix of Herefordshires finest. We have used a blend of real cider apples, bitter sharps and bitter sweets to which are added some desert varieties to make a zesty medium dry and very refreshing cider.

An IPA brewed with Cashmere and Motueka.

IPA hopped with Riwaka, Citra and Nelson Bliss. Fresh, bright, and beautifully balanced. Loads of lime zest and citrus up front, followed by passionfruit, gooseberry and soft white grape.
