Full bodied, amber in colour with a finely balanced malt and hop character giving a wonderfully smooth finish.
A deep brown pale ale with a malty aroma with resinous English hop notes. It has a pleasant hoppy bite leading to a smooth malty flavour.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
This is our lush refreshing mango and Citra IPA. We used brand new hop products in the fermenter courtesy of BarthHaas X to mitigate any lingering hop burn issues we often have when combining hops and fruit. The result is a gorgeously fruity refreshing creation with tonnes of mango. It’s thick and juicy yet still manages to be crisp. Collaboration with Turning Point Brew Co.
The return of a beloved recipe this time on our brand new brewhouse. A delicate and delectable fruit sour. Watermelon juice added in kettle balances the tartness with a refreshing fruity finish.
A beautiful juice-bomb IPA brewed exclusively with Mosaic, this is packed with tropical fruit and fresh grape flavours but balanced out with a good bitterness as well.
Our friends from Brick Brewery joined us in Bakewell for a collaboration brew. We both love a traditional Belgian Witbier and were excited to work on one together. We have adhered to the classic style and this pours nice and light with an alluring haziness. The aroma holds coriander and spice, and on the palate, there is zesty citrus intertwined with a delicate herbal note. It’s bright and sparkling with a refreshing dry finish.
A full bodied, robust porter with natural mocha malt flavours from the complex malt grist, complementing the decadent additions of real chocolate to the maturation process.
A light pale lager reflecting all the brewing values and beliefs of Freedom. Four ingredients producing an inherently British lager conditioned for a minimum of four weeks resulting in a refreshing beer delivering both flavour and satisfaction.
Traditional medium cider made with pure juice fermented by wild Breconshire yeast.
The Stoke Red is a good apple to sweeten, well bodied and with a good flavour. The cider produced from this apple takes a long time to ferment, which makes the cider late to mature. The trees tend to be of a medium height and bear fruit early December. The apple, as you might guess from it's name is a strong red colour with a slight tint of yellow.
Orange-brown in colour and has an appley aroma together with some vanilla tones. A smooth but sweet toffee-apple taste leads to mild tannins on the aftertaste and a rounded finish. An easy-to drink medium sweet cider that would appeal to most cider drinkers.
Made from a blend of old fashion varieties of pears, harvested from the few remaining pear orchards of rural Herefordshire. In late Autumn they are milled and pressed to extract their golden juice, which is then laid down over the winter months in 100 gallon oak vats. In the following Spring the perry maker taps and samples each vat and then, only when judged to be ready, does he rack it off into bottles or barrels.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
A real apple cider infused with tart rhubarb and blended with vanilla for a smooth session cider.
Strawberry and cream blonde ale.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
