Roasty chocolatey stout made up of 8 different malts. With hints of blackberry coming from the darker malts and Admiral hops, this beer is slightly fruity with an almost Dry Irish Stout finish.
Part Three of our 2023 Single Hop Series. A full-strength traditional IPA that celebrates the Waimea hop. Expect a rich citrus aroma and notes of pink grapefruit throughout.
A DDH imperial IPA. We have taken our original Halcyon recipe, already known for its huge hop profile, and turned it up to 11! It pours with an alluring light gold haze and the aromas radiate from the glass carrying forth flavours of peach and mango.
