The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! This wonderfully balanced pils is brewed according to the 1516 German purity law using advanced brewing technology, only the finest German malt and hops and an extensive maturation period. Mittel Pils is highly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrührich to create a rich mouthfeel, delicate aroma and hints of lemon flavour. Vegan friendly.

Bursting with true Somerset character, this cider delivers a beautifully balanced, crisp profile with just the right amount of zing. On the drier side of medium-dry, it offers a refreshingly satisfying, full-flavoured experience with a bold finish.

A craft cider made with 100% apple juice using Dabinet and Harry Masters apples. At 4.5% abv it has a lovely golden colour, a hint of sharpness which is immediately balanced with a touch of sweetness. Slightly dry, with moderate to high complexity, and high sessionability!

A juicy, hop forward session pale ale with low end bitterness. Huge quantities of Mosaic and Chinook give a full on juicy, fruity aroma with a taste to match. Notes of citrus, melon, peach, stone fruit and a touch of pine. Oats, wheat and barley combine to give a decent body and mouth feel for a lower abv. A traditional English best bitter. Crystal and chocolate malts in the mash impart nutty, caramel, and chocolate flavours. Magnum hops in the boil add a clean, soft bitterness that is balanced by the sweetness of dark muscovado sugar. Sovereign hops in the whirlpool contribute subtle orchard fruit and floral notes, creating a well-rounded bittersweet finish.

Sure, we're quick to turn a little red, in an argument, or in the sun... but we cool off quick - just like the fire in this refreshing Iron Brew ginger beer. An IPA with a three-way showcase of what we feel are the strongest examples of fruit-forward hops. Representing New Zealand is in-house favourite Nelson Sauvin and its swagbag of juicy gooseberry, wine grape and lychee notes, whilst Australian Galaxy brings characteristic peach and passionfruit aromatics. Rounding things off with US Simcoe; balancing everything with its own showcase of stonefruit sweetness, backed up with a piney resinous backbone. Vegan friendly.
