Here at Thornbridge we have a deep respect for British Brewing heritage and on hearing that the historic Burton Union system was being retired we decided we wanted to do our part in saving one of the sets. Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum, Simcoe, Columbus and Cascade.
