A distinctive, full flavoured beer with a sweeter finish. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Crystal, and Wheat malts, with Pilgrim and Cascade hops.
A fruity and hoppy red ale. We have taken a blend of malts including Pilsner, Vienna, light and dark crystal malts to achieve a deep red colour. For the hoppy character we have used a trio of Brewers Gold, Chinook and Mosaic hops.
Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
A light straw colour with a gentle haze. Citrus and grapefruit aromas and flavours come from Citra and Cascade, giving a balanced floral tone. Low bitterness and a soft body. Real refreshing!
Sweet, roast malts, big coffee and chocolate all star in this beer. Brewed with lactose to smooth the bitterness of darker malts and add a light creaminess to this sessionable dark beer. We use wonderful whole bean Hasbean coffee for this brew.
Our latest triple fruited sour is packed full of over 250 kilos of apricot, peach and mango fruit puree and has been soured with a custom blend of lactobacillus. It’s full of big bold flavours, with plenty of bite and zesty crispness from the mango and creamy soft hits from the apricot and peach to give it an all round sour loving experience. A refreshing drop of heaven.

Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it’s the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree.
The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!

Made with 100% fresh English apple juice without a single drop of concentrate, this London Cider is freshly pressed at Westons’ mill in Herefordshire, and then skilfully blended by Guy to create a medium dry, ripe apple cider.
