A traditional style English bitter - hoppy as it used to be!
Golden blonde with tropical fruit notes on the nose, a fruity bitter taste, with elements of dry lovely bitter pithiness. The finish is dry and contains fruity, lingering notes. Brewed with Mosaic and Saaz in the early stages, with Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo for aroma.
A classic hoppy pale ale with Chinook and Willamette hops full of zingy freshness. Originally brewed in Spring it was named after the Latin for the Swallow, Spring's most anticipated avian arrival. It is superbly quaffable at any time of year.
Named after our new pub in York - The Market Cat. This is a smooth robust, creamy porter with a hint of coffee to finish.
This isn't your average bitter - the hops do more to this deep amber coloured beer than just provide bite. Any old hop can do that! We've selected some of the most aromatic and tangy hops from the other side of the pond to give this red a fresh hit that complements the caramel flavours of the malts that gives this beer its colour.
The fresh taste of strawberries whipped up with vanilla infused cream to bring out the sweet and delicate flavour of this creamy IPA. Hops: Cascade. Contains lactose.
New England pale ale brewed with Galaxy, Idaho 7, Riwaka and Strata hops.
A grown up, maxed out, amplified descendent of Galaxy Mosaic IPA which was one of our first brews that really put us on the map. Utilising only the freshest crop of our favourite Australian and Stateside slammers, this beer is everything we love about modern IPAs - fruit forward with a metric tonne of juicy tropical notes, pillowy on the mouthfeel thanks to our in-house LA3 strain, and with just a whisper of bitterness to keep everything in check.
The road may be rocky, but the flavour is smooth in this delicious dessert sour. Juicy raspberry takes centre stage while the taste of sweet chocolate and fluffy marshmallow creates a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and lingering sweetness that’ll leave you wanting more. Vegan friendly.
A crisp, clean, refreshing Lager with a subtle hop-bitterness to finish. Named after Bexley's twin town Arnsberg near to Dortmund in Germany.
The latest version of our Pardus series has come about by popular demand from our Beer Club Members. Sticky Toffee Pudding is a classic British dessert and always a key feature on pub menus around the country. It’s an indulgent dish that we thought would work perfectly with our imperial stout. The toffee sweetness is delectable and well balanced with the roasted base of the beer and the classic date flavour is a great complement to the stone fruit flavours that this beer displays throughout. This is a perfect after-dinner extravagance.
Single hopped pale ale with Hallertau Blanc which is a fruity hop with similar flavours to Sauvingnon Blanc.
Featuring Chevallier, a Victorian heritage malt, brewed slowly and gently with the addition of two classic English hop varieties, Goldings and Bullion, to produce a beer that’s a respectful nod to brewing tradition. Chevallier was the dominant barley used in brewing from the 1820’s to 1920’s and has a rich, robust, malty character with hints of marmalade and caramel. Crystal malt has also been used, complementing Chevallier beautifully by adding roasted toffee notes and giving, suitably enough, an attractive amber bronze colour to the finished beer. Hop wise, UK Goldings add lemon, peppery, floral aromas whilst Bullion builds on this with spicy, blackcurrant and hedgerow fruits notes.
A straw-coloured ale with fruity hop aromas and flavours from Endeavour and First Gold hops. A quenching beer.
