We've collaborated with our wonderful friends at Durham Coffee roastery who have created a large batch of double strength coffee using their Castle Blend espresso beans. Intense rich and fruity coffee combines with a complex malt base with biscuit, roast and caramel notes.
A big caramel body leads to a dry bitter finish. A past national winner in the strong ale category, say no more. A recipe we don't tinker with.
A long-time favourite for Thornbridge drinkers, and one of our earliest recipes, Brother Rabbit is our core golden ale offering in cask. We use a fantastic Norfolk malt which gives a great base to the beer and a lightly resinous character, the hops present a fantastic, punchy, lemon flavour with grassy hints.

The sparge arm hums, a reassuring whoosh and whir. Swirling, waves of flavour in each mouthful. The beer has a colourful luscious, peach-pink hue. Silky, soft caramel flavours cut through with sharp berries and hints of grape from generous additions of Hallertau Blanc and hibiscus petals.
It feels like summer already and what could be better in the sunshine than a sweet, creamy, mango and coconut infused pudding sour. Decadent refreshment in one glass, take a seat in the garden and soak up those rays. Fruited with a blend of mango varieties totalling over 500g/l. Vegan friendly.
A traditional imperial stout using only 3 heritage malts, 2 old world hop varieties and a single historic yeast culture. Succeeding 9 months tank maturation where a protracted transformation occurs. Noble, complex, and ripened over time, combining a low dry finishing gravity with compounded lingering furnishings of deluxe dark chocolate, cinder toffee, sweet vanilla and intense dried fruit. A combination of noticeable alcohol warmth, dryness and high bittering makes this undoubtedly one to avoid if you're a pastry stout devout.
A traditional Pilsner with an English twist. Brewed with Kent grown Challenger and Golding hops which provide light floral and sweet honey notes leaving a fresh, crisp punch and a light bitterness. Awarded Gold (1st) Session Lager/Pilsner for the South East and London and Silver (2nd) for the UK at SIBA Keg Beer awards 2022.
