Taking our silky-smooth base NEIPA and then loading it with several innovative hop products from Barthhass X, we've created a massive tropical punch, with the ultimate balance of flavour and drinkability. Barthhass X gave us access to some incredible hop products including Azacca BBC, Citra Bru-1 and Galaxy Spectrum all of which have gone into the creation of this beer. Gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves this really is like apple pie in a glass! Can also be warmed up as a mulled cider.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.

This is the palest beer we've ever brewed. Combining a winning hop combination with Super Pale malt we bring you White Desert. Generously hopped with Simcoe and Chinook this paler than pale ale will be pleasantly fruity, piney and a hint of spice with distinct aromas of grapefruit coming through.
