On the nose is a combination of passion fruit, mango and lychee. The taste is light bodied and initially sweet but beautifully balanced with a long lasting bitterness.
Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.
Gold coloured beer with a pleasant lemon, white grape and slightly bready nose. Taste reflects the nose with some astringency as the hops kick in.
The legendary Black Dragon! This cider now has quite a following amongst the most descerning cider drinkers. It is rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
We've taken our ever popular Radical Road 6.4% and switch the alcohol content to make a more session-able version at 4.6%. The hops have been tweaked to give loads of character but not over power this beer.
Wee Jock is an edgy take on a classic Scottish 80 shilling ale. Similar to an English bitter ale, Wee Jock is a full-on sessionable brew, blasted with flavour, a toffee nose and a spicy wee aftertaste.
