Anthony Redsell in Kent started growing a Hopsteiner hop variety called Bitter Gold at our request in 2022. Three years after that initial conversation and we took delivery of a full size 62kg farm bale of whole cone Bitter Gold. They smell gorgeously citric and resinous but with a beautiful English tint. To celebrate we have made this classy cask pale ale that has oodles of it hot and cold side...we even dry hopped it with whole cone hops! Vegan friendly.
