A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.
Still deep in the grip of winter this sumptuous warming beer is sufficiently well hopped to provide balance, which can come in handy when there's black ice around.
Crisp golden ale with hints of apricot, lasting bitterness and a clean citrus aroma.
This dark amber organic beer is gluten free. The full and lasting dry spice aroma is complemented by a rich, full-bodied malt flavour and balanced by notes of hedgerow fruits.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Inspired by a classical IPA, with flavours of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine and peach from Chinook and Cashmere hops with a smooth bitterness that provides a moreish finish.
Our brewers selected slow kilned ale malt, caramalt and biscuity malted wheat to craft a backbone which is beautifully complemented by a heady hop aroma of zesty lemon and orange. This golden ale finishes refreshing and moreish. A multi award-winning beer from the heart of Scotland.
