Our single variety Russet cider is a strong, complex and nutty dry cider, that captures the minerality of the Wealden soil, and is aged before release.

Our medium cider is a blend of traditional cider apple varieties grown in the orchard on Woodredding Farm. The inclusion of our Yarlington Mill apples in the blend makes it rich in tannin which looks good in the glass and leaves a bold and satisfying aftertaste. The apples are gathered by hand and only the best fruit is pressed. This is an undiluted full juice cider fermented with the wild yeast that lives in our orchard and allowed to mature naturally.
