Our premium strength pale ale ‘Aurora’ has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour. An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel – big citrus and tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.
Our session ale is brewed with an all pale malt bill and then hopped with a blend of New Zealand and US hops. Our benchmark beer promises a burst of zesty aromas, uplifting grapefruit flavours and a subtle lemongrass finish.
Chateaux Special from Belgium on the malt bill brings a decadent nut and plum backbone. Then we hit with the massive additions of cacao nibs and 100 kg of raspberry for big aroma and character with a deep chocolate finish. Dark, unfined and vegan-ready. Inspired by brownie, designed to be poured and enjoyed.
Strong stout aged in a Bordeaux red wine barrel with rose petals.
Our good friend Yvan from De La Senne decided to make a trip to Huddersfield, so we brewed a Belgian IPA hitting 6.5%. It features Whole Saphir Leaf and a Bastogne Belgian Ale yeast, giving it an herby, lightly fruity flavour with hints of clove.
A still cider produced using a blend of Kentish culinary and dessert apples. Medium-dry.
A medium cider with the added tart flavour of fresh Rhubarb. We use only real Rhubarb juice hand pressed and sourced from local growers in Sussex.
A mellow, amber, traditional Devon Cider, slightly sweet with a wonderful cider apple taste. Plenty of tannin, which has been softened by aging, complements the sweetness to give a full ‘old fashioned’ character to delight the tastebuds.
