This IPA pours a pale straw colour with bright white foam. On the nose are slight fruity tones and a fresh hoppy character. The taste is a melody of European and American hops with a lasting bitterness that makes you want more.
A dark golden ale with aromas of banana and clove with richly spiced fruit on the palate.
Our American IPA is fully loaded with a juggernaut of hops that will send earthquakes crashing through your taste buds. Its strong floral and herbal aromas and sharp grapefruit notes are well balanced by its rich malt base. Its finish is edgy and uncompromising and leaves for an expressive, almost spicy palate. This IPA is a loose cannon!
This beer showcases the subtropical Alphonso mango in its juicy, unadulterated form. We used 1.6 tonne of mango in this beer, which turned out not to be enough, so we dropped in another 400kg to make this a 2-tonne monster session sour. Succulent, bold and refreshing mango dominates the aromatics, enhanced by our tropical ester filled sour base beer. Zingy acidity finishes off each mouthful for a lingering tartness that balances the sweet mango. This is outrageous.
Light in colour, packed with hoppy aromas and a surprising biscuit malt character that leaves you refreshed and wanting more.
