Originating from the depths of the Yakima Valley, USA, Amarillo offers fierce orange notes with floral and spicy undertones. A signature tangerine finish that's light on the body and quick on the sips makes this hop-superstar seriously drinkable and highly refreshing. A single-hopped titan who fights for the people.
A Kentish golden ale. Light amber ale with comforting biscuit and caramel flavours. Hints of honey, citrus and spice. Vegan friendly.
Idaho 7 leads the way delivering juicy tropical flavours, complimented by refreshing, zingy notes from Citra and Columbus who are in convoy. There’s no need to rush this Country Mile, it’s one to savour.
Our pals at Low Key paid a visit to the Vault City brewery to collaborate with us on something very special. We both wanted a big beer but a sessional ABV, so that's exactly what we did. Expect sweet flavours of chocolate and vanilla layered with delicately tart cherries. The addition of Tonka beans creates an amazing aroma, amplifying vanilla and cherry notes. With every sip you can almost picture the irresistible black forest gateau that inspired this decadent, but sessionable, pastry sour.
Near Pilsner straw colour from its minimal malt base of Floor Malted British Pale Malt, Carapils and Wheat Malt so as not to crowd a busy bright hop bill of Lemondrop, Galaxy, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops. We've packed this one out with a nose of lemon rind, passionfruit, grapefruit juice and fresh piney goodness that follows through to a silky soft, sessionable body.
IPA with Riwaka and Ekuanot hops.
A Pale Ale with a big mouthfeel from a liberal amount of oats in the mash. Hazy with tons of flavour but at a sessionable 4.4%. Large hop editions of El Dorado and Comet. Succulent peaches, soft tropical fruits, zesty lemon and lime. This super-soft, tropical and juicy pale is perfect with friends, food and good times!
Our take on the NEIPA style, soft and silky mouthfeel from oats and wheat, with big juicy finish of Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe.
Sweet cider infused with tart raspberry rippled through with vanilla.
Apple cider rippled through with luscious toffee, sweet banana and vanilla.
A Thistly Cross special edition matured in ex Slyrs whisky casks to nurture the natural characteristics of the cider, made potent in the wood. This creates a genuine Scottish Bavarian Highland classic; a medium dry cider infused with the unique flavours of the oak cask.
Made with plenty of scrumpy soul. Not every cloudy cider has to be a challenge, Devon Mist is a gentle joy. Rich autumnal fruit with a perceptible sparkle and satisfying finish.
A fruity medium Perry with a complex yet balanced flavor only found in real Perry. This little number is made from Stinking Bishop Perry pears and has all the hall marks of a top quality Perry.
A real apple cider infused with tart rhubarb and blended with vanilla for a smooth session cider.
Named after the delightful sound of pigs when they come across some windfall apples! Like those pigs this is full of character. A rich bronze cider that is smooth as it is tasty. Beautifully balanced with a satisfyingly rounded finish.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
A light medium cider blended with succulent mango's. Mouthwateringly fruit and refreshing.
Dabinett and Michelin apples are blended here to present a very interesting medium cider.
Session IPA dry-hopped with falconers flight, a light body and citrus aroma makes a very drinkable beer.
Part of the Together Again series, brewed with our friends at North Riding Brewery. Zesty and bright, this pale blends classic and modern US hops for the best of West Coast impact and drinkability. Vegan friendly.
Citrus in a glass, the hop that keeps on delivering. Easy drinking premium pale ale with a grapefruit, mango and lemon taste and aroma.
Our latest hoppy New England Pale is double dry hopped with Amarillo, Vic Secret and Galaxy. This trio of hops gives amazing pineapple, grapefruit and orange characteristics to the beer. The finish is smooth and soft due to gentle whirlpool additions of Ekuanot and the combination of adjuncts in the malt bill.
A pale session ale. Simcoe and Mosaic hops give this beer big citrus and tropical fruit notes.
A soft, juicy, all-round delicious pale ale, hopped with Amarillo, Galaxy and Motueka. The result is layer upon layer of tropical softness, with loads of pineapple on the aroma and plenty of mango and citrus on the palate. Collaboration with Queen’s Heath Pride and The Juke.
Our smooth and rounded NEIPA with a low bitterness and creamy sweet mouth-feel from high amounts of flaked oats and carapils in the malt bill. Expect juicy citrus aromas from the Citra dry hops and an exotic fruity palate from Azacca and Sorachi Ace hops. A small amount apricot puree was added for an extra fruity hit all brought together by a fruity English ale yeast.
The first experiment with this idea was with Citra, one of our favourite hops ever, and star of the show in Cwtch. The sweetness of the lactose, which doesn't ferment like the sugars we pull from the malts, combines with the citrus flavour of the hop for a smooth, citrus flavour and a perfect balance between bitter and sweet. Creamy, juicy, fruity, delicious beer.
Extra Pale, Wheat, Flaked Barley and Carapils - Hopped in the whirpool with Columbus and Centennial then dry hopped with Columbus, Centennial and HBC431 for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas, backed up with subtle piney bitterness.
Like her big sister No Going Back, this Session IPA is full bodied and heavily dry-hopped. It drinks like a glass full of juicy tangerine, honeydew melon, ripe mango, and tropical sunshine. Hops: Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Citra. Vegan friendly.
A deliciously tropical Pale Ale, refreshing citrus and a soft bitterness. For The Duration is the official beer of our crowdfund on Crowdcube where we invite you to join us For The Duration.
