The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
Pale ale brewed with Galaxy hops giving big citrus, peach and passionfruit aromas, with stone fruit and subtle sweetness to taste. The signature malt bill rounds out an absolute star of an easy drinking beer.
Taking 150 seconds to settle, this is a smooth, creamy dry Irish stout. Pouring black with a tight white head, toasted malt and dried fruit aromas merge with earthy hop notes and evolve into a sublimely smooth and silky palate. Luscious roast malt characters of coffee and toast make way for a long and noble bitterness and delectably dry finish. This has been nitrogenated. Nitrogen creates much finer bubbles than CO2 meaning a smooth, creamy velvety beer.
