In your face American Pale Ale hopped with Mosaic and Chinook. Easy drinking pale with big fruit character and huge aroma. A riot of tropical and citrus flavours.
To celebrate the 5000th brew in our current brewhouse, this is a stronger version of our ever-popular Treacle Stout. A strong, smooth and robust stout flavoured with roasted and chocolate malts, bitterness is moderate, and aromas of citrus may be detected due to a late kettle addition of Cascade hops.
This very pale hoppy ale is made from low colour Maris Otter malt. A combination of three high-alpha American hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.
This beer pays homage to our stunning Yorkshire heartland, the inspiration behind everything we brew. This pale ale is full-bodied, well-rounded and slightly sweet on the palate. A generous addition of Mount Hood hops late in the boil result in a delicate fruity aroma.
One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. A simple combination of pale malt and American Cascade hops result in a crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale with aromas of citrus fruit and balanced bitterness.
The strongest beer in our core range. A classic pale ale, brewed from British pale malt and US Cascade hops. Smooth, fruity and full- bodied, with a deceptive bitterness to complement its alcohol strength. Refreshing citrus hop aromas complete the sensory pleasure.
A crisp, refreshing session lager with low bitterness and a hint of sweetness. Each batch carefully crafted to produce a true Helles-style lager brewed using German ingredients.
A cloudy NEIPA brewed from oats and pale malt. Low in bitterness, but crammed full of citrus and tropical fruit flavours from dry-hopping with Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo.
With its distinct and intense citrus character is one of America’s biggest hitting hops. It’s also the name we’ve given to our take on a session strength, or as we call it ‘junior’ New England IPA. Brewed with bags of Citra, this unique hop provides our namesake with a super juicy, tropical fruit aroma and flavour, providing powerful, interwoven notes of mango, guava, and lychee fruit. Heavy dry hopping gives its characteristic haziness, full body and full-on bitterness to finish. Enjoy.
A crisp, light and refreshing session IPA, brewed from pale, wheat and oat malts. Thirst-quenching and moderately bitter, hop aromas of citrus and tropical fruits come from generous quantities of Mosaic, Ella and Vic Secret added to the kettle and as a dry hop.
