This is an all-British affair, pairing East Lothian malt, Bond yeast from WHC Labs, and several interesting, experimental hops from Charles Faram - Harlequin, Godiva and Olicana. The result is a fun, hoppy, bitter British IPA of surprising character - stone fruit, redcurrant jam, berries, dank but with a malty background and higher ABV to hold it all together.

This is a deliciously juicy hazy IPA brewed with our friends at Vitamin Sea to celebrate all things Hop City 2023. Utilising Yakima Chief 301 products and some new whirlpool and dry hopping techniques to squeeze every last drop of juice outta the hops - this beer is singing with saturated tropical and citrus fruit character. A supernatural session IPA made for drinking all day long. Lightly sweet and malty Golden Promise malt, a balanced bitterness and layers of tropical fruit filled Citra and Ekuanot hops in whirlpool and dry hop. Fermented with London Ale II yeast to add more fruity body, and enhance malt and hop profile.
A beautifully clean and crisp Pilsner, achieved by low fermentation temperatures and long lagering time. We used classic noble hops to make this Pilsner everything you could possibly want from a well-balanced and refreshing lager.
