
A traditional, easy drinking Yorkshire Bitter, made from all British ingredients. Pale copper in colour, this beer initially has sweet malt and honey on the palate, followed by a moderately bitter finish. The delicate hop aromas can be described as floral and spicy.

Mighty fresh and zesty, our award-winning, rich amber ale enjoys floods of flavours, as sweet malts clash with grapefruit hops and big floral aromas in a sensory strike. Hops: Savinjski, Challenger and English Goldings.

Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

A pale gold, complex ale, brewed using freshly harvested nettles and honey collected from hives in Low Bradfield. The nettles provide distinct herbal notes, paired with pine aromas from UK Chinook hops, whilst the honey gives a smooth finish.

A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

This strong rustic medium cider with its Roman flair has everything. Well rounded, fruity, packed full of flavour and intoxicatingly easy to drink for an 8.4% cider.

Using our legendary skills in blending fruit with our fantastic cider we have come up with this pineapple delight. in this fruity fusion pineapple juice is paired with our crisp somerset cider creating this exciting fresh flavour.

Jet black mild, smooth-drinking and full of fruity New World hop flavours plus hints of coffee, caramel and chocolate. Dark and dangerous as befits the Midnight Hour.
