An amber ale hopped with two splendid German varieties, Herkules and Mandarina Bavaria on a malt base of Maris Otter, wheat malt, caramalt and rye. Expect spicy pine, black pepper and floral hints from Herkules combined superbly with mandarin and lemon citrus flavours from Mandarina. All finished off with a smooth and moreish bitterness. Collaboration with Fat Cat Brewery.
The true classic: British brown ale with delicious toasted malt flavours.
A strong, pale ale packed with hop and citrus flavours, rounded off by a dry, biscuit finish. A pronounced hop aroma throughout.
Warm toasted malt flavours create a rich bitter with a satisfying blend of chestnut and autumn spice.
Relatively light in colour, with a creamy smoothness, it has a good definition on the palate and a refreshing, cleansing finish. When this beer was launched in 1980 it was the first commercially brewed new beer in Buckinghamshire since the war.
The final in our trio called Ambition, a single-hopped pale ale series brewed to showcase a new hop addition perched on a rounded malt base with a light finishing bitterness. This one is dry hopped with Mosaic and is here to give perfect balance in a refreshing session beer time after time.
This beer takes a detour from our usual output down the Pacific highway for a deliciously moreish West Coast pale ale - clean and crisp resinous bitterness takes the lead here, with a classic hop line-up of Cascade and Simcoe. Vegan friendly.
A smooth and creamy stout with a thick head, boasting berry hop flavours and a coffee-like finish.
Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it's the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree.
Like the Queen wearing dirty sneakers, it's traditionally British with a rock star twist of American hops, giving citrus and tropical fruit, a round body and a drink-me-faster bitterness.
Exquisitely fruity and refreshing. Uncompromisingly modern, our distinct dessert fruit base is subtly blended with Kicking Goat’s classic varieties bringing a delightfully light, natural hue. Combining with our classic base, our recipe brings complexity and flavour not found anywhere else into one, expertly crafted dry Kent cider.
An IPA with big citrus flavours that hit like the hammer of the gods from a double whammy of Mosaic and Cascade hops.
A rich, smooth and wonderfully balanced beer, its distinctive malty base is complemented by a well-developed hop character, from adding Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties to the brew.
A modern, fruity and malty ale. With whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops alongside malted barley and wheat, this is a Cornish twist on a classic smooth-drinking best bitter. The light malty aroma leads to a floral, even cedar taste, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit leaves a lasting impression.
One of our original recipes brewed since 1997, a pale ale with copious amounts of American Cascade hops. Wonderfully aromatic floral nose balanced by a gentle bitterness with a hint of sweetness. No wonder this beer has won the most awards of all the beers in our range.
